Michael and his team did an amazing job, we’re so happy with the process and the result. We completely redid the front steps and front landscaping. Michael’s designs and ideas really took us from blah to beautiful. The whole team is excellent and every detail is really thought through and executed excellently. Even when hiccups come up (as every homeowner knows they do!), Michael and his team help solve it reasonably and professionally. Ross and Jack’s monthly maintenance plan is phenomenal! They take care of all of our yard work for the year, starting with a big spring cleanup (we add on mulching), then coming weekly to mow, edge, trim bushes, remove leaves, etc, then ending with a big fall cleanup. On top of that, they also aerate, fertilize, seed, etc. It’s significantly simplified and eased our lives, both taking care of things we’ve previously done ourselves as well as consolidating yard services into a single, reliable, and trustworthy provider. Even better, it’s a very fair price for everything they do. Michael and the team are super responsive to any questions or requests and are true professionals in every way. We highly recommend Ross and Jack’s and look forward to using their monthly maintenance plan going forward!

We have been using Ross and Jacks for many years now. They did an amazing job with the landscape design at our previous home. We continue to use them at our new house. We have updated the landscape in the front yard, added rocks along the perimeter, and removed some flower beds in the backyard and replaced them with sod. We have something for them to do every year and they always delivery high quality work. My neighbors have also noticed, so we have referred them to several people that have been happy with their results.

We have a longer term plan to update landscaping and stonework around our front and backyards. Ross and jacks has been a great partner. They help us plan out the projects based on our priorities and budgets available. We know they will be there to assist as we work through the design and implementation process over the next few years.

Each time we have had questions or problems arose they worked with us to find the most effective and economical option. They even talked me out of spending more money on some edging and the end result was much better than the more expensive option.

Incredible to work with. Michael had a well thought out design and was not pushy. He would give you his recommendations and work with what you wanted. Great service, great design, great installation. We had landscaping done (plants and grass) and they also replaced the front walkway. Quick install and cleaned everything up afterwards. They are the only people we will use. We worked with Michael to redesign our front yard and are very happy with the result. Michael was easy to work with and Ross & Jack's pricing was very competitive. We also signed up for their maintenance plan - we did not landscape the back at this time but, nonetheless, the maintenance team spent hours cleaning up years of overgrowth.
