Michael and his team did incredible work. They deconstructed a massive water feature, removed a ton of stone and rock, graded the yard and installed sod. Michael was proactive about getting in touch, very thoughtful about communication and the work, and responsive. The team worked efficiently and completed earlier than anticipated. We are so grateful for the work they did and the beautiful yard we'll be able to enjoy this summer. Thank you team!

The team at Ross & Jack's are top notch. Michael did an overhaul of our landscaping. His designs were great, he was open to feedback and changes, and was very patient as we made decisions about what we wanted to do. They don't nickel and dime you, they take pride in their work and will make sure you are equally as happy in the end. We used Ross and Jack's this summer to install a dry well, build a retaining wall, grade the yard and lay down new sod and mulch. We have been using Ross and Jacks for many years now. They did an amazing job with the landscape design at our previous home. We continue to use them at our new house. We have updated the landscape in the front yard, added rocks along the perimeter, and removed some flower beds in the backyard and replaced them with sod. We have something for them to do every year and they always delivery high quality work. My neighbors have also noticed, so we have referred them to several people that have been happy with their results.

We have a longer term plan to update landscaping and stonework around our front and backyards. Ross and jacks has been a great partner. They help us plan out the projects based on our priorities and budgets available. We know they will be there to assist as we work through the design and implementation process over the next few years.

Each time we have had questions or problems arose they worked with us to find the most effective and economical option. They even talked me out of spending more money on some edging and the end result was much better than the more expensive option.

Incredible to work with. Michael had a well thought out design and was not pushy. He would give you his recommendations and work with what you wanted. Great service, great design, great installation. We had landscaping done (plants and grass) and they also replaced the front walkway. Quick install and cleaned everything up afterwards. They are the only people we will use. Would recommend to everyone.

Ross and Jack's is as professional as they come. Mike is quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, timely, honest and a true landscape designer + much more! I had received a few quotes on landscaping and while they were a bit pricier than others, I 100% made the right decision in choosing them. My house needed some basic front and side of house landscaping - nothing too complicated. When pricing came back, it was a bit more than my budget would allow so Mike worked with me on alternate ideas to help keep the design similar, but reduce costs to something that I felt comfortable with. On the day of installation, I ended up wanting to add a few more plants and Mike made a special trip back to his office to see what plants he had in stock that we could use. He ended up bringing back not one, but four plants and giving me multiple options to choose from. They were all such great designs, it was hard to pick! Also, the team doing the installation (while Mike supervised) was fantastic. They were so efficient, removed a few weeds for us, cleaned up EVERYTHING and even mowed our lawn! I loved these guys so much, we can't wait to work with them again in the future. PLEASE make the right decision when it comes to landscaping and choose Ross & Jack's!

We worked with Michael to redesign our front yard and are very happy with the result. Michael was easy to work with and Ross & Jack's pricing was very competitive. We also signed up for their maintenance plan - we did not landscape the back at this time but, nonetheless, the maintenance team spent hours cleaning up years of overgrowth.
